CrewGo Manager uses the CrewGO mobile technology to provide any business with a platform to organise their staffing requirements.
Put simply, CrewGo Manager is the software and CrewGo is the mobile apps.
There are two ways:
1. Enter Bookings through your Partner Portal Website.
Click on the Bookings tab and follow the prompts. Any past bookings can be re-scheduled simply by entering a new start date. There is no easier way to create rosters than with CrewGo Manager' Bookings website and app.
2. Allow your customers to enter bookings through the Bookings Portal Website or the Bookings Mobile App.
Simply allow CrewGo Manager' patent-pending Cascading Request Until Verification Algorithms to automatically book the best possible staff for the job by sending push notification request messages to staff in order of their Quality Score.
If you need to fill 10 shifts for the same site, time and skill, CrewGo Manager will send 10 request messages to the best staff according to their ratings. If 4 staff accept, CrewGo Manager will then message the next 6 staff in line, and so on, until all shifts are confirmed.
You can manually select the staff yourself or re-order your staff list so that CrewGo Manager will send request messages to your staff in the order you prefer, per job or globally.
CrewGo Manager' Auto-Scheduler books staff in order of their Quality Score.
There are 15 professional attributes that CrewGo Manager uses to rate your staff. The first three are mandatory; staff must have the correct Skill, Availability and Location in order to be eligible for a job.
Desirable attributes include: Supervisor Rating/Feedback and Experience (how many years/months staff member has worked in a certain role). It is possible for you (or your customer) to re-order the list of attributes to customise the way CrewGo Manager picks staff for jobs.
Labour hire companies can send their customers an email invitation with a link to the Bookings Portal Website and instructions to download the Bookings App where they can enter bookings directly into the system and add their credit card details for payments.
There is also a dedicated Supervisor App which allows supervisors to approve the times your staff worked. Timesheets will even show if there are GPS conflicts with the time staff reported.
There is a Timesheet Kiosk (coming soon) for staff to clock on and off through the supervisor's tablet device in the event staff are unable to use their mobile handsets onsite.
Once your customer or their supervisor approve the job's timesheet, they are invoiced automatically and their credit card is charged, allowing you to receive speedy payments. No more waitings for clients to pay.
